The beginning of BridgeSpring. Meeting the needs of families
BridgeSpring was created by the team at Visaul Assets
Management Solutions (VAMS) after one of our own team members mother was moved to an adult-care facility miles away from where he lived. Visiting every weekend filled that separation, but during the week he felt disconnected from his mother’s daily experience. He often wished there was an easy way to stay connected with what she was experiencing on a daily basis. Observing the residents in the facilities that we visit, we realized this was a need for many families, that was not being met.

Simple and effortless for staff.
Working with these facilities had also taught us that time is at a premium for these dedicated workers. Providing care for residents must always be their priority. Any solution we offered needed to involve little or no time on their part. It also needed to offer a profitable revenue stream to the facilities to warrant being offered as a regular service. Bridging the span. We set out to build an app that would help friends
and families stay connected to their loved ones residing in assisted living facilities. One that
provided a social connection and understanding
of a loved one’s well being on a weekly basis. And that's just what we did. But we also created one that suits the needs of facility staff, by making
it extremely time efficient and easy to use.
